Shipping
- All orders are shipped via UPS for destinations within the US.
- International orders (except to Japan) are shipped Parcel Post by the USPS and are subject to additional fees.
- Domestic orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be shipped out next business day.
- All merchandise shown on the website may not always be available in all sizes.
- If an ordered item is not in stock, you will be notified of a probable shipping date.
- Items ordered together may not be shipped together at the same time.
- Cannot ship orders to PO Boxes.
Refunds
- Refunds for purchase by credit card will be credited to your card account.
- Refunds for purchase by check must include receipt, and will be made by check.
- Refunds will be honored within 30 days of purchase date.
- Formal jewelry and opened packages of underwear and hosiery are not refundable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
