Customer satisfaction is very important to J.Press. If your order is not as expected, it may be returned for a credit or exchange.
- Refunds on items returned as new (not worn or damaged) will be honored within 30 days of the receipt date of online orders. Items for return from store purchase must be presented not more than 14 days after the date of the sales receipt.
- Returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt, all price tags attached.
- Items discounted 25% or less from original price are refundable. Items discounted more than 25% purchased online or by phone are not refundable and will only be considered for a size/color exchange or a store credit. Items discounted more than 25% purchased in stores are not returnable (Final Sale).
- Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- All Formal Wear items are not refundable.This includes but is not limited to: Tuxedo Shirts, Bowties, Cufflinks, and any formal wear jewelry.
- Opened packages of Undergarment and Hosiery are not returnable.
